What started as a passion for real estate has grown into a trusted local business managing over 50+ vacation homes. And we are just getting started.
Our Story
Sun Dream Services is built on decades of combined experience in real estate, investing, construction, and hospitality across Europe and the United States.
Sven’s Journey
In 2001, Sven began managing and investing in rental properties in Germany. Over the years, he expanded into Norway and later the United States, gaining deep knowledge of international markets and vacation rentals.
But more importantly, to fully pursue what he loves:
helping homeowners succeed and giving guests the best possible vacation in Southwest Florida.
His goal has always been the same:
to build a company based on trust, professionalism, and genuine care.
Björn Joins the Team
Björn joined Sun Dream Services in the summer of 2025 after years of international experience in construction, operations, and property rentals.
His time abroad gave him a deep understanding of what guests expect and what homeowners truly value.
With strong attention to detail and a passion for Florida’s real estate market, Björn quickly became a core driver of quality control, guest experience, and day-to-day operations
Victoria’s Path Into Real Estate
Victoria has been investing in single-family homes since 2019 and has immersed herself in property management, real estate operations, and the local Southwest Florida market.
As a licensed Realtor, she plays a key role in helping clients find the right property, sell homes for maximum value, and navigate the buying process with confidence.
Her passion:
integrating modern technology and streamlining processes so both homeowners and guests enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.
Annette – Bookkeeping & Vacation Rentals
Annette is one of the most experienced and trusted members of Sun Dream Services, bringing many years of experience in bookkeeping, administration, and vacation rentals to the table.
After having lived in Florida for over 30 years, she understands the ups and downs of the vacation rental business and the needs of homeowners and guests exceptionally well.
Annette ensures that day-to-day processes run smoothly, accounting is accurate, bookings are handled quickly and professionally. Her reliability and attention to every detail make her an essential part of our team.
Udo – Local Support You Can Count On
Udo supports our daily operations with check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and on-site assistance.
A retired professional with a strong work ethic, he adds valuable stability and care to our guest services and property oversight.
